A confetti blizzard at the shelter!

From our usual training room shelter at the Ishinomaki High school.  Mid-morning (10:30~11:30). Today once again, we sang along with the child care instructor’s pianica performance.

We listen to the instructor’s skillful accompaniment.

Some of the kids beat to the rhythm on cardboard drums.

After that is telepathy rock-scissors-paper. Our telepathic success slowly began to improve. Mysterious isn’t it?  It seems with a little practice, everyone is showing paranormal ability.

Rock-scissors-paper!

Finally today’s main event, The Newspaper Destruction! No matter how hard we attack, the newspapers will not be offended. Punch!  Chop! Everyone is excitedly and thoroughly ripping and tearing.

Finally, when we tear them to pieces and let them fly, a splendid confetti blizzard occurs.  Everyone spontaneously shouts with joy. It looks like everyone is enjoying our Kodomo Hinanjo Club every day.

I talked with the city today and they are going to send us a psychiatrist who specializes in children’s mental health care. He is a doctor from Chiba prefecture coming to lend a hand. We’ll keep working hard too.
