ーAichan’s reportー

I visited Kadonowaki Middle School in the morning then the classroom in Akebono and the provisional housing in Minamizakai District Park in the afternoon.  At Kadonowaki Middle School we played volleyball, talked and ate ice cream.  Someone from the workshop came and joined our activities at the classroom in Akebono.

The children were drawing animals on paper bags and wearing them.  For example, the child in the picture below has made himself into a snake. 🙂

It’s the Akebono Zoo. 🙂

After finishing at the classroom in Akebono, I visited the provisional housing in Minamizakai District Park.

ーOnchan-Shisho’s reportー

I was asked to be a contributor for the fourth city planning discussion held today at Ishinomaki Senshu University, as a representative of a local non-profit I talked about our activities and how the kids were doing.

After it finished there was an exchange of ideas, it was all very educational.  Reflecting on today, I realize I’m awkward at making speeches and need to practice more.
