“The Association That Brings Smile to Everyone”

August 7th, 2012

Hello! I am Sacchan, Sachiyo Nonogaki, from Nagoya college.

We had a nice time today with 10 children, Buchan and Kanabun, and Nacchan, Fuchan, Asamin, Demi, Macco, Micchan, Takachan and Acchan from the same “association that brings smiles to everyone.”

The children and us ran around cheerfully outside and enjoyed playing with water guns, freeze tag, and Banana tag. (Banana tag is almost the same as normal tag, but the difference is that you have to pretend to be a banana if you become “it”.)

Everyone was high spirited and it was good exercise. 😀

The rest of the children and the volunteers enjoyed playing with cushions, balloons, clay, and Origami (paper folding).  As the children thought up new ideas their play became more creative.

I lost the balloon game… I had to imitate the prime minister Yoshihiko Noda because I lost… It was tough.

It was the first time I joined the activity, but I enjoyed it and I also could see the children were smiling a lot. I promised many of the children, “I’ll come again tomorrow!” I can’t wait to see them tomorrow as well. 😀
